Organic freshly harvested eggplant


Olive oil

For the sauce:

soy sauce, sugar, black pepper , water

Cut eggplant in half and slice the back portion of it .

Slightly fry the eggplant in oil until brown.  Set it aside.

Fry garlic until brown then return the eggplant in the pan.

Mix on a separate bowl: soy sauce, sugar, black pepper with 2 tablespoons of water and pour on the pan with the eggplant.  Let it cook and serve.
