    What’s your blood type? What’s your purpose for wanting to go vegetarian? Best resource for me when I was starting 11 years ago was the book Vegetarian for Dummies. But of course I will send you lots of materials on it 🙂

      Hi, Mommy Rivera! Here’s our recipe for this Tofu Sisig: Ingredients: Tofu, white onions, Cane vinegar or Calamansi juice, Mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Procedure: Fry tofu. Slice them into cubes. Saute onion and tofu then mix mayo and cane vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Hope ya like it! Let me know 🙂

      Roasted Potoatoes-Ingredients: Baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Procedure: Boil potatoes. Fry garlic until brown. Add potatoes, rosemary and salt and pepper. You may also choose to bake it until potatoes turn brown. Hope this helps 😉 M
